Air Fryer Frozen Potstickers
Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen potstickers (approx. 12–24 pieces) — pork, chicken, or veggie
- Cooking oil spray (olive, avocado, or neutral oil) — optional for extra crispiness
- Optional: salt, pepper, garlic powder for seasoning
- Dipping sauce (soy sauce, sweet chili, or your favorite)
Note: You don’t need to thaw the potstickers — they go into the air fryer frozen.
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer (optional but recommended).
Preheat to ~180–190 °C (350–375 °F) for about 3–5 minutes. - Prepare the basket.
Lightly spray or brush the air fryer basket with oil to prevent sticking. - Arrange potstickers in a single layer.
Place them flat side down in the basket, leaving space between each so hot air can circulate. Do not overcrowd — cook in batches if needed. - Spritz lightly with oil.
Spray the tops of the frozen potstickers with a light coating of oil (optional). This helps them get crispier. - Air fry.
- Cook at 180–190 °C (350–375 °F) for 5 minutes.
- Flip or shake the basket, then continue cooking for another 4–7 minutes until golden and crispy.
Total cook time: ~9–12 minutes (varies by model and size).
- Check doneness.
Dumplings should be golden brown on the outside and hot inside. If using meat-filled potstickers, make sure the interior is fully heated. - Serve.
Let rest 1–2 minutes, then serve with your favorite dipping sauce — soy sauce, sweet chili, sesame oil, etc.
Serving Tips
- Pair with steamed rice, stir-fried veggies, or ramen for a full meal.
- Try mixing soy sauce with a little rice vinegar, honey, and chili flakes for a quick sauce.
