Quick Baked Pizza Wraps
Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella (or cheese blend)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce or marinara
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni (optional)
- 1/2 cup cooked sausage or chicken (optional)
- 1/4 cup sliced olives or mushrooms (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven
Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. - Assemble the wraps
Lay each tortilla flat. Spread 1–2 tablespoons of pizza sauce in the center.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce. - Add toppings
Add pepperoni, cooked meat, or veggies if you like. Sprinkle a little Italian seasoning on top. - Wrap them up
Fold in the sides, then roll each tortilla tightly like a burrito. - Brush and place
Place wraps seam-side down on the baking sheet. Lightly brush the tops with olive oil or melted butter. - Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. - Serve
Let cool slightly, then slice in half and serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
Tips
- Add a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese on top before baking for extra flavor.
- Want it spicy? Add chili flakes or jalapeños.
- Use whole wheat tortillas for a healthier option.
