 Quick Baked Pizza Wraps

 Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella (or cheese blend)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce or marinara
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni (optional)
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage or chicken (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sliced olives or mushrooms (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter

 Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven
    Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Assemble the wraps
    Lay each tortilla flat. Spread 1–2 tablespoons of pizza sauce in the center.
    Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  3. Add toppings
    Add pepperoni, cooked meat, or veggies if you like. Sprinkle a little Italian seasoning on top.
  4. Wrap them up
    Fold in the sides, then roll each tortilla tightly like a burrito.
  5. Brush and place
    Place wraps seam-side down on the baking sheet. Lightly brush the tops with olive oil or melted butter.
  6. Bake
    Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve
    Let cool slightly, then slice in half and serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

 Tips

  • Add a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese on top before baking for extra flavor.
  • Want it spicy? Add chili flakes or jalapeños.
  • Use whole wheat tortillas for a healthier option.
