Creamy Ranch Chicken
Ingredients
- 3 lbs skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 2 small cans (10.5 oz each) cream of chicken soup
- 16 oz cream cheese, cut into cubes
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of a slow cooker (Crock-Pot).
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning evenly over the chicken.
- Add the cream of chicken soup on top.
- Place the cream cheese cubes over everything.
- Cover and cook:
- On LOW for 6–8 hours
- Or on HIGH for 4–5 hours
- Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and stir well until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
Serving Suggestions
- Serve over rice
- Spoon over mashed potatoes
- Mix with pasta
- Or use as a sandwich filling
Tips
- Add a little milk if the sauce is too thick
- You can add cooked bacon bits for extra flavor
- Garnish with fresh parsley if you like
