3-Ingredient Lemon Bars
Ingredients:
- 1 box angel food cake mix
- 1 can (21 oz) lemon pie filling
- Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, mix the angel food cake mix with the lemon pie filling. Stir until fully combined (the batter will be fluffy).
- Pour the mixture into a greased or parchment-lined baking dish (about 9×13 inch).
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden.
- Let it cool completely, then cut into squares.
- Dust with powdered sugar if you like.
Tips:
- Don’t add water, eggs, or oil—just the 2 main ingredients.
- For extra flavor, add a little lemon zest (optional, but still simple).
- Store in the fridge for a firmer texture.
