3-Ingredient Lemon Bars

Ingredients:

  • 1 box angel food cake mix
  • 1 can (21 oz) lemon pie filling
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the angel food cake mix with the lemon pie filling. Stir until fully combined (the batter will be fluffy).
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased or parchment-lined baking dish (about 9×13 inch).
  4. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden.
  5. Let it cool completely, then cut into squares.
  6. Dust with powdered sugar if you like.

Tips:

  • Don’t add water, eggs, or oil—just the 2 main ingredients.
  • For extra flavor, add a little lemon zest (optional, but still simple).
  • Store in the fridge for a firmer texture.
