2-Minute 30g Protein Brownie Mug Cake

A rich, fudgy chocolate brownie you can make in just 2 minutes—with about 30g of protein. Perfect when you want something sweet and filling without making a whole batch.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop (30g) chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp oat flour
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1–2 tsp maple syrup or honey, to taste
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips, optional
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Add the protein powder, cocoa powder, oat flour, baking powder, and salt to a microwave-safe mug. Stir well.
  2. Add the peanut butter, milk, Greek yogurt, and maple syrup. Mix until you have a smooth, thick batter.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips if using.
  4. Microwave on high for 45–75 seconds, depending on your microwave. Don’t overcook—the center should remain slightly fudgy.
  5. Let it cool for 1 minute, then enjoy straight from the mug.

Tip: For an extra-fudgy texture, microwave for less time and let the brownie finish setting as it cools.
