Creamy Condensed Milk Banana Pie

This creamy banana dessert is incredibly easy to make and tastes like pure comfort in every bite. Ripe bananas are layered in a buttery pie crust, then covered with a rich, creamy mixture made with sweetened condensed milk and just a few simple ingredients. After chilling until perfectly set, it becomes a dreamy dessert you’ll want to make again and again.

Ingredients

  • 1 9-inch prepared graham cracker pie crust
  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Banana slices, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Arrange the sliced bananas evenly over the bottom of the prepared pie crust.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Beat until well combined.
  4. Add the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk. Whisk or beat for about 2 minutes, until the mixture thickens and becomes smooth.
  5. Pour the creamy filling over the sliced bananas and spread it evenly.
  6. Cover the pie and refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours, or preferably overnight, until completely chilled and set.
  7. Before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with fresh banana slices.
  8. Slice and serve chilled.

Tips

  • Use ripe but firm bananas so they hold their shape in the pie.
  • For the best texture, chill the pie overnight.
  • Add the banana garnish just before serving to prevent browning.
  • Keep the pie refrigerated until ready to serve.

Storage

Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For the freshest banana flavor and texture, enjoy it within the first 1–2 days.
