 High-Protein Strawberry Cheesecake Bowl

Creamy, dreamy, and packed with 30g+ of protein! This easy strawberry cheesecake bowl is low-carb, satisfying, and comes together in just minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, preferably plain
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • 1–2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 1–2 tablespoons powdered erythritol or your favorite low-carb sweetener
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds, optional
  • 1–2 tablespoons sugar-free granola or crushed nuts for crunch
  • A tiny pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Add the Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, cream cheese, vanilla extract, sweetener, and a pinch of salt to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Add half of the chopped strawberries and pulse a few times, just until incorporated.
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture into a bowl.
  5. Top with the remaining strawberries.
  6. Sprinkle with chia seeds and your choice of crushed nuts or sugar-free granola for a delicious crunchy topping.
  7. Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes to chill and firm up slightly.
  8. Serve cold and enjoy!

 Tips

For an even more cheesecake-like flavor, add a small squeeze of fresh lemon juice to the mixture. For extra crunch, use chopped almonds, pecans, or walnuts on top.
