CREAMY LAYERED FRUIT TRIFL

This Creamy Layered Fruit Trifle is a beautiful, refreshing, and easy dessert made with colorful fresh fruit and a creamy vanilla layer. It is light, sweet, and perfect for summer gatherings, potlucks, family dinners, or any special occasion. The combination of juicy fruit and creamy vanilla makes every spoonful absolutely delicious!

 INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 ½ cups fresh blueberries
  • 3 fresh kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups fresh mango chunks
  • 1 ½ cups green grapes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt or whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoons honey

 INSTRUCTIONS

1. Prepare the Fruit

Wash all of the fresh fruit thoroughly and pat it dry. Slice the strawberries and kiwis, cut the mango and pineapple into bite-sized pieces, and halve the grapes. Keep the blueberries and raspberries whole.

2. Prepare the Creamy Layer

If using vanilla Greek yogurt, stir in the honey until smooth and creamy. If using whipped cream, gently fold the honey into the whipped cream.

3. Start Layering

Place a layer of sliced strawberries in the bottom of a large trifle bowl. Add a layer of mango, followed by pineapple and green grapes.

4. Add the Creamy Layer

Spoon a layer of the vanilla Greek yogurt or whipped cream over the fruit, spreading it gently so it covers the fruit.

5. Continue the Layers

Add another layer of kiwi, blueberries, strawberries, and mango. Follow with another layer of the creamy mixture. Continue alternating fruit and cream until the trifle bowl is nearly full.

6. Add the Topping

Finish the top with a generous layer of whipped cream or vanilla yogurt. Decorate with fresh raspberries, blueberries, kiwi slices, mango pieces, and a few strawberries for a beautiful presentation.

7. Chill and Serve

Cover the trifle and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Chilling allows the flavors to come together and makes the dessert wonderfully refreshing.

 SERVING TIP

For the prettiest presentation, use a clear glass trifle bowl so all the colorful layers can be seen. Serve chilled with a large spoon, making sure to scoop all the delicious layers into each serving.

This colorful fruit trifle is best served fresh and makes a gorgeous centerpiece for any summer table!
