Cheesy Garlic Pull-Apart Pizza Bread Bites

Ingredients

For the dough

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or pizza dough)
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

For the garlic butter

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Optional toppings

  • Pepperoni slices
  • Cooked sausage
  • Black olives
  • Red pepper flakes

For serving

  • Pizza sauce or marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish or a round cake pan.
  3. Cut the biscuit dough into small pieces.
  4. Mix the melted butter, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, and salt in a bowl.
  5. Dip the dough pieces into the garlic butter mixture.
  6. Add the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and any optional toppings.
  7. Arrange everything evenly in the prepared pan.
  8. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  9. Let the bread cool for a few minutes before serving.
  10. Serve warm with pizza sauce or marinara sauce.
