Ingredients
- 1½ pounds baby potatoes, quartered
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced into ½-inch rounds
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the quartered potatoes, sliced smoked sausage, ranch dressing, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss well until everything is evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it into an even layer.
- Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and carefully stir the potatoes and sausage.

- Return the dish to the oven, uncovered, and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender and the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving.
