A creamy, fruity, and crunchy dessert that’s incredibly easy to make and perfect for parties, potlucks, or a refreshing family treat!

Ingredients

Fruit

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 2 cups green apples, cored and diced
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved

Cheesecake Filling

  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Topping

  • 1 cup granola or crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling
    • Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
    • Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then beat until fully combined.
    • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
    • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light, fluffy, and well blended.
  2. Prepare the Fruit
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, diced apples, and halved grapes.
  3. Assemble the Salad
    • Spoon the cheesecake filling over the fruit.
    • Gently fold everything together until all the fruit is evenly coated.
    • Sprinkle the granola or crushed graham crackers over the top.
    • Drizzle generously with caramel sauce.
  4. Chill
    • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to blend.

Serving Tips

  • Serve chilled.
  • Garnish with extra strawberries, grapes, or a drizzle of caramel just before serving.
  • For extra crunch, add the granola or graham crackers right before serving so they stay crisp.
