All your favorite cheeseburger flavors—juicy seasoned beef, crispy bacon, melty cheddar cheese, and classic burger toppings—wrapped in a warm flour tortilla. This easy, satisfying meal is perfect for lunch, dinner, or game day!
Ingredients
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 300 g ground beef
- 4 slices bacon, cooked until crispy and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ small onion, finely diced
- ½ cup diced pickles
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter or cooking oil
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook for 6–8 minutes, breaking it apart as it browns. Drain any excess grease.
- Season the beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
- Add the diced onion and cook for 2–3 minutes until softened.
- Stir in the crumbled bacon and cook for 1 minute.
- Warm the flour tortillas for 15–20 seconds in the microwave or in a dry skillet so they are easy to fold.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of ketchup, and 1 tablespoon of mustard over each tortilla.
- Divide the beef mixture evenly between the tortillas.
- Top each with shredded cheddar cheese and diced pickles.
- Fold in the sides, then roll each tortilla tightly into a burrito.
- Heat the butter or oil in a clean skillet over medium heat. Place the burritos seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy and the cheese has melted.
Serving Suggestions
Serve hot with French fries, onion rings, potato wedges, coleslaw, or a crisp green salad. For dipping, try extra burger sauce, ranch dressing, or spicy chipotle mayo.
Tips
- Add diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, or jalapeños for extra flavor and texture.
- Swap cheddar for pepper jack, mozzarella, or American cheese.
- For a spicy version, mix hot sauce into the beef or add sliced pickled jalapeños.
- Enjoy immediately while the tortilla is crispy and the cheese is perfectly melted.
