Creamy Garlic Parmesan Shrimp Roll Ups
These creamy, cheesy shrimp roll-ups are packed with garlic and Parmesan, then baked until golden and bubbly. They’re perfect for dinner, appetizers, or party snacks.
Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 oz (115 g) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough (or puff pastry)
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes, just until pink. Remove from the heat and let cool slightly.
- In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, ½ cup mozzarella, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Fold in the cooked shrimp.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles (or cut puff pastry into rectangles).
- Place a spoonful of the shrimp mixture onto the wide end of each piece of dough and roll up tightly.
- Arrange the roll-ups on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella over the top.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Tips
- Add chopped spinach for extra flavor and color.
- Serve with marinara sauce, garlic butter, or ranch dressing for dipping.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven or air fryer for the best texture.
