Creamy Garlic Parmesan Shrimp Roll Ups

These creamy, cheesy shrimp roll-ups are packed with garlic and Parmesan, then baked until golden and bubbly. They’re perfect for dinner, appetizers, or party snacks.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 oz (115 g) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough (or puff pastry)
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes, just until pink. Remove from the heat and let cool slightly.
  4. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, ½ cup mozzarella, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Fold in the cooked shrimp.
  5. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles (or cut puff pastry into rectangles).
  6. Place a spoonful of the shrimp mixture onto the wide end of each piece of dough and roll up tightly.
  7. Arrange the roll-ups on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella over the top.
  8. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Tips

  • Add chopped spinach for extra flavor and color.
  • Serve with marinara sauce, garlic butter, or ranch dressing for dipping.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven or air fryer for the best texture.
