Big Mac Wraps
Ingredients
For the Special Sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
For the Wraps
- 1 lb ground beef
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- ½ cup chopped pickles
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional, for that Big Mac touch)
Instructions
1. Make the Special Sauce
In a small bowl, combine:
- mayonnaise
- chopped dill pickles
- yellow mustard
- ketchup
- white vinegar
- paprika
- garlic powder
- onion powder
Mix until smooth and set aside.
2. Cook the Beef
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Stir in the diced onion and cook for 2–3 minutes until softened.
- Remove from heat.
3. Assemble the Wraps
- Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface.
- Spread a spoonful of special sauce onto each tortilla.
- Add a layer of shredded lettuce.
- Spoon the cooked beef mixture over the lettuce.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and chopped pickles.
4. Fold and Toast
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up tightly like a wrap.
- Heat a clean skillet over medium heat.
- Place the wraps seam-side down and toast for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
5. Serve
- Slice in half and serve warm with extra special sauce on the side if desired.
Tips
- Add sesame seeds on the outside of the wrap or sprinkle them inside for a true Big Mac flavor.
- You can swap cheddar for American cheese for a more classic burger taste.
- These wraps are best served fresh while the cheese is melty and the tortilla is crispy
