Butter Swim Biscuits
Introduction

Ingredients
- 2½ cups all-purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups buttermilk
- ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Pour the melted butter into an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- Add the buttermilk and stir until a thick, sticky dough forms.
- Spread the dough evenly over the melted butter in the baking dish.
- Using a knife, cut the dough into 9 squares before baking.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
