- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch glass casserole dish with a little butter.
- Arrange the sliced potatoes evenly in the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together the cream, milk, garlic, onion, melted butter, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Pour the creamy mixture evenly over the potatoes.
- Sprinkle the cheddar and Parmesan cheeses over the top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
