Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 3 cups bowtie pasta (farfalle)
- 1 can (15 oz / 425 g) corn kernels, drained
- 1 packet (1 oz / 28 g) ranch seasoning mix
- 1 can (10.5 oz / 300 g) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned. Drain excess grease.
- Transfer the beef mixture to the slow cooker. Add garlic, ranch seasoning, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and corn. Stir well.
- Cover and cook on Low for 4–5 hours or High for 2–3 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cook the bowtie pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain well.
- Stir the cooked pasta, sour cream, and 1½ cups of cheddar cheese into the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, cover, and cook for another 15–20 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
