Slow Cooker Chicken & Stuffing
A simple, comforting meal made with just a few pantry staples. Tender chicken, creamy sauce, and fluffy stuffing come together effortlessly in the slow cooker!
Ingredients
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 can (10.5 oz / 300 g) cream of chicken soup
- 1 box (6 oz / 170 g) stuffing mix
- ½ cup water
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together the chicken broth and cream of chicken soup until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- In a separate bowl, combine the stuffing mix with the water and stir until moistened.
- Spoon the stuffing mixture evenly over the chicken and soup mixture.
- Cover and cook on Low for 6–7 hours or High for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
- Serve the chicken topped with the creamy sauce and stuffing.
Tips
- Add frozen mixed vegetables or green beans for a complete one-pot meal.
- Stir in ½ cup sour cream at the end for extra creaminess.
- Leftovers store well in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
