Ingredients

For the Casserole

  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Topping

  • 1 cup crushed pork rinds
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, ham, and Swiss cheese.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, heavy cream, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
