Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps
These cheesy garlic chicken wraps are crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, and packed with savory garlic flavor. Perfect for a quick lunch, easy dinner, or satisfying snack!
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella or cheddar cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface. Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas and spread it down the center of each one.
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll tightly into wraps.
- Brush the outside of each wrap with melted butter.
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the skillet, let cool slightly, then slice in half and serve.
