Slow Cooker 3-Ingredient Bacon and Corn
Ingredients
- 6 cups frozen corn (about 900 g)
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, cubed
Instructions
- Add the frozen corn to the slow cooker.
- Scatter the crumbled bacon over the corn.
- Place the cubed cream cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on Low for 3–4 hours or High for 1½–2 hours.
- Stir well once the cream cheese has melted and coated the corn evenly.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Optional Add-Ins
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Chopped green onions for garnish
- A pinch of paprika or cayenne pepper for a little heat
