 Slow Cooker 3-Ingredient Bacon and Corn

 Ingredients

  • 6 cups frozen corn (about 900 g)
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, cubed

 Instructions

  1. Add the frozen corn to the slow cooker.
  2. Scatter the crumbled bacon over the corn.
  3. Place the cubed cream cheese on top.
  4. Cover and cook on Low for 3–4 hours or High for 1½–2 hours.
  5. Stir well once the cream cheese has melted and coated the corn evenly.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!

 Optional Add-Ins

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Chopped green onions for garnish
  • A pinch of paprika or cayenne pepper for a little heat

Cook Time: 3–4 hours (Low)
Servings: 6–8
