Crockpot Chicken and Gravy

Tender Chicken in a Rich, Savory Gravy

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing mix, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on Low for 6–7 hours or High for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
  5. Remove the chicken and shred it with two forks.
  6. Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and stir well into the gravy.
  7. Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, noodles, or biscuits.
