Crockpot Chicken and Gravy
Tender Chicken in a Rich, Savory Gravy
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing mix, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on Low for 6–7 hours or High for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken and shred it with two forks.
- Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and stir well into the gravy.
- Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, noodles, or biscuits.
