Garlic Steak with Skillet Potatoes

Ingredients
For the Steak
- 1/2 kg thinly sliced steak
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Spicy paprika, to taste
For the Potatoes
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and dice the potatoes into small cubes.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add potatoes, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, then cook for 15–20 minutes until golden and crispy. Stir occasionally.
- Remove potatoes from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced steak and season with salt, black pepper, and spicy paprika.
- Cook the steak for 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked to your liking.
- Return the potatoes to the skillet and toss everything together.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
