Oven-Baked Glazed Honey Garlic Sausages (Sweet & Savory)

Ingredients (Serves ~4–6)

  • 8 sausages — pork or beef (your favorite variety)
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven
    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prep the Sausages
    Place the sausages in a baking dish or foil-lined tray in a single layer.
  3. Make the Glaze
    In a small bowl, whisk together:
    honey
    soy sauce
    olive oil
    minced garlic
    black pepper
    Until smooth and glossy.
  4. Coat and Add Onions
    Pour the glaze over the sausages and turn them so they’re evenly coated. Scatter the sliced onions around and over top.
  5. Bake
    Bake for 25–30 minutes, turning the sausages once halfway through so they caramelize on all sides.
    Tip: For extra sticky, glossy edges, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end — just keep an eye so the honey doesn’t burn.
  6. Rest & Serve
    Let rest for a few minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley (if using) and serve warm!
