Buffalo Chicken Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 300g pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese (optional for extra creaminess)
  • Chopped parsley or green onions for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Stir well and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and milk, then mix until smooth. Add cream cheese if using.
  5. Stir in the cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Season with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss until fully coated.
  8. Garnish with parsley or green onions and serve hot!

  • Blue cheese crumbles
  • Extra buffalo sauce
