Buffalo Chicken Pasta
Ingredients:
- 300g pasta (penne or rotini)
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese (optional for extra creaminess)
- Chopped parsley or green onions for garnish
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Stir well and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and milk, then mix until smooth. Add cream cheese if using.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss until fully coated.
- Garnish with parsley or green onions and serve hot!
