Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 2 large bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Drain excess grease if needed.
