Mediterranean Greek Chicken Wraps

 Ingredients

For the chicken:

  • 2 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless), sliced or grilled
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

For the wraps:

  • Low-carb tortillas or whole wheat wraps
  • 1 cup lettuce (shredded)
  • 1/2 cucumber (sliced or diced)
  • 1 tomato (diced)
  • 1/4 red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1/3 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
  • Optional: olives, spinach, or bell peppers

 Creamy Feta-Olive Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 2 tbsp feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 1 tbsp chopped olives
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Black pepper to taste

Mix everything until creamy and slightly chunky.

 Instructions

1. Cook the chicken
Marinate chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Grill or pan-cook for 6–8 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. Slice.

2. Prepare the filling
Chop all vegetables and keep them fresh and crunchy.

3. Assemble the wraps

  • Spread a spoon of feta-olive sauce on the tortilla
  • Add lettuce, chicken, cucumber, tomato, onion
  • Sprinkle feta cheese on top
  • Add more sauce if desired

4. Roll & serve
Wrap tightly, slice in half, and enjoy immediately or wrap for meal prep.
