Slow Cooker 4-Ingredient Pork Chops & Scalloped Potatoes
Ingredients (4 ingredients only)
- 4–6 pork chops
- 2 boxes scalloped potatoes (with seasoning packets)
- 4 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Prep the slow cooker
Lightly grease your slow cooker or use a liner. - Prepare the potatoes
- In a bowl, mix the boxed scalloped potatoes with the seasoning packets.
- Add milk and stir well until combined.
- Layer everything
- Pour the potato mixture into the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Place the pork chops on top.
- Add cheese
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over everything. - Cook
- Cook on LOW for 6–8 hours
- Or HIGH for 3–4 hours
Until pork chops are tender and potatoes are soft.
- Serve
Spoon the creamy potatoes onto plates and top with pork chops.
Tips
- Searing pork chops first adds extra flavor (optional).
- You can add onions or garlic if you want more depth.
- The slow cooker makes the meat very tender and the potatoes creamy as they absorb the sauce.
