Slow Cooker 4-Ingredient Pork Chops & Scalloped Potatoes

 Ingredients (4 ingredients only)

  • 4–6 pork chops
  • 2 boxes scalloped potatoes (with seasoning packets)
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

(That’s it — super simple!)

 Instructions

  1. Prep the slow cooker
    Lightly grease your slow cooker or use a liner.
  2. Prepare the potatoes
    • In a bowl, mix the boxed scalloped potatoes with the seasoning packets.
    • Add milk and stir well until combined.
  3. Layer everything
    • Pour the potato mixture into the bottom of the slow cooker.
    • Place the pork chops on top.
  4. Add cheese
    Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over everything.
  5. Cook
    • Cook on LOW for 6–8 hours
    • Or HIGH for 3–4 hours
      Until pork chops are tender and potatoes are soft.
  6. Serve
    Spoon the creamy potatoes onto plates and top with pork chops.

 Tips

  • Searing pork chops first adds extra flavor (optional).
  • You can add onions or garlic if you want more depth.
  • The slow cooker makes the meat very tender and the potatoes creamy as they absorb the sauce.
