Ingredients:
- ½ cup cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- ½ cup oat flour
- 2 tbsp honey
- ½ cup fresh blueberries
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Blend the base
Add cottage cheese, egg, honey, and vanilla to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. - Make the batter
In a bowl, mix oat flour, baking powder, and salt.
Pour in the blended mixture and stir until combined. - Add blueberries
Gently fold in the blueberries so they don’t break too much. - Shape the donut holes
Scoop small portions (about 1 tablespoon each) and lightly shape into balls. The dough will be soft—that’s normal. - Air fry
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F)
- Lightly grease the basket
- Place donut holes inside with space between them
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes until golden and set
- Cool & serve
Let them cool slightly—they firm up as they rest.
Optional Toppings:
- Drizzle extra honey
- Dust with powdered sugar
- Roll in cinnamon sugar
- Serve with yogurt dip
Tips:
- If the batter feels too wet, add 1–2 tbsp more oat flour
- Frozen blueberries work too—don’t thaw them
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer for even cooking
