Ingredients:

  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup oat flour
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Blend the base
Add cottage cheese, egg, honey, and vanilla to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Make the batter
In a bowl, mix oat flour, baking powder, and salt.
Pour in the blended mixture and stir until combined.
  3. Add blueberries
Gently fold in the blueberries so they don’t break too much.
  4. Shape the donut holes
Scoop small portions (about 1 tablespoon each) and lightly shape into balls. The dough will be soft—that’s normal.
  5. Air fry
    • Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F)
    • Lightly grease the basket
    • Place donut holes inside with space between them
    • Air fry for 8–10 minutes until golden and set
  6. Cool & serve
Let them cool slightly—they firm up as they rest.

Optional Toppings:

  • Drizzle extra honey
  • Dust with powdered sugar
  • Roll in cinnamon sugar
  • Serve with yogurt dip

Tips:

  • If the batter feels too wet, add 1–2 tbsp more oat flour
  • Frozen blueberries work too—don’t thaw them
  • Don’t overcrowd the air fryer for even cooking
