 Pineapple Crockpot Dessert

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Instructions:

  1. Add the frozen pineapple chunks to your crockpot (slow cooker).
  2. Sprinkle in the sugar and cornstarch, then mix well.
  3. Cover and cook on High for 2–3 hours, until the pineapple is soft and releases its juices.
  4. Stir occasionally until the mixture thickens into a sweet, syrupy dessert.

Serving:

  • Serve warm or chilled
  • Optional: top with whipped cream, ice cream, or shredded coconut

The result is a sweet, slightly tangy pineapple treat that tastes like a warm tropical dessert.
