1. CLASSIC MEAT LASAGNA
Ingredients:
250 g lasagna sheets
400 g ground beef
80 g onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
400 g tomato sauce
200 g shredded mozzarella
150 g ricotta or cream cheese
2 tbsp oil
Salt and black pepper
1 tsp oregano
Instructions:
Heat the oil and cook the onion and garlic until fragrant.
Add the beef and cook until nicely browned.
Stir in the tomato sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper, then simmer for 8–10 minutes.
In a baking dish, layer lasagna sheets, meat sauce, ricotta, and mozzarella.
Repeat the layers and finish with extra cheese on top.

2. CREAMY CHICKEN LASAGNA
Ingredients:
250 g lasagna sheets
400 g cooked, shredded chicken
400 ml heavy cream or white sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
200 g mozzarella
50 g parmesan cheese
1 tbsp butter
Salt and black pepper
Instructions:
Melt butter and sauté garlic.
Add cream or white sauce, then mix in chicken.
Season well.
Layer lasagna sheets, creamy chicken filling, and cheese.
Repeat and top with mozzarella + parmesan.
Oven: 180°C (350°F) for 30–35 minutes
Bake until golden and creamy
Serve hot
3. SPINACH & CHEESE LASAGNA
Ingredients:
250 g lasagna sheets
200 g spinach
250 g ricotta or cream cheese
200 g mozzarella
50 g parmesan cheese
300 ml white sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp butter or oil
Salt and black pepper
Instructions:
Cook garlic in butter/oil, add spinach until wilted.
Mix spinach with ricotta, salt, and pepper.
Layer pasta, spinach mix, white sauce, and cheese.
Repeat and top with parmesan + mozzarella.
Oven: 180°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes

4. BOLOGNESE LASAGNA
Ingredients:
250 g lasagna sheets
500 g ground beef
500 g tomato sauce
200 ml béchamel sauce
200 g mozzarella
80 g parmesan cheese
1 onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp oil
Salt and black pepper
Instructions:
Cook onion + garlic in oil.
Add beef and brown well.
Add tomato sauce, season, and simmer 10 minutes.
Layer pasta, Bolognese, béchamel, and cheese.
Repeat and finish with lots of cheese.
Oven: 180°C (350°F) for 30–35 minutes
