Cottage Cheese Parmesan Firecracker Chicken
Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450 g) chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp oil (olive oil or any cooking oil)
- Optional: salt, garlic powder, chili flakes (for extra heat)
Instructions:
- Season the chicken
Toss the chicken cubes with paprika, black pepper, and a pinch of salt if needed. - Cook the chicken
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6–8 minutes until golden and fully cooked. - Make the creamy sauce
Lower the heat. Add cottage cheese and stir gently until it starts to melt and become creamy. - Add Parmesan
Sprinkle in the Parmesan cheese and mix well until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken. - Adjust & serve
Taste and adjust seasoning. Add chili flakes if you want more “firecracker” heat.
