Bacon-Wrapped Potatoes
Ingredients
- 20 small potatoes (baby or fingerling)
- 10 slices bacon (cut in half)
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- Toothpicks
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix oil, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the potatoes in the mixture until well coated.
- Wrap each potato with a piece of bacon and secure it with a toothpick.
- Place on a lined baking tray.
- Bake for 30–40 minutes until potatoes are tender and bacon is crispy.
- Serve hot (great with ranch or garlic sauce).
Tips
- Use small potatoes so they cook faster and evenly.
- Flip them halfway through baking for extra crispiness.
- You can add honey or BBQ sauce for a sweet-smoky flavor twist.
