 Ultimate Chicken Club Pasta Salad

 Ingredients

  • 1 lb grilled chicken breast, diced
  • 1 lb rotini or bowtie pasta, cooked and cooled
  • 8 strips bacon, cooked until crispy and crumbled

 Add-ins

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup lettuce or baby spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely sliced
  • 1 avocado, diced (optional but amazing)

 Dressing

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste

 Instructions

1. Cook pasta

  • Boil pasta until al dente
  • Drain and rinse with cold water
  • Let it cool completely

2. Prepare protein

  • Grill or pan-cook chicken, then dice it
  • Cook bacon until crispy and crumble it

3. Mix dressing

  • In a bowl, whisk mayo, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth

4. Assemble salad

  • In a large bowl, combine: pasta + chicken + bacon + veggies + cheese
  • Pour dressing over and mix well

5. Chill & serve

  • Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes for best flavor
  • Serve cold

 Tips

  • Add extra ranch or BBQ sauce for more flavor
  • Don’t overdress—add a little at a time
  • Best eaten within 2–3 days
