Italian Stromboli

 Italian Stromboli

Golden pizza crust stuffed with savory meats and gooey melted cheese, brushed with garlic butter.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tube refrigerated pizza crust (like Pillsbury)
  • 8 slices deli ham
  • 8–10 slices salami
  • 15–20 slices pepperoni
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Marinara or pizza sauce (for dipping)

 Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven
Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the dough
Roll out the pizza crust into a rectangle on a clean surface.
  3. Add the fillings
Layer the ham, salami, and pepperoni evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  4. Roll it up
Carefully roll the dough into a log (like a jelly roll), starting from one long side.
Pinch the edges and ends to seal tightly.
  5. Place and score
Transfer the stromboli seam-side down onto the baking sheet.
Cut a few small slits on top to let steam escape.
  6. Add egg wash
Beat the egg and brush it over the top for a golden finish.
  7. Make garlic butter
Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
    Brush some over the stromboli.
  8. Bake
Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Finish & serve
Brush with remaining garlic butter after baking.
Let it cool slightly, slice, and serve with marinara sauce.

Tip: You can add extras like sautéed peppers, onions, or mushrooms for more flavor!
