 Creamy Shrimp Dip

A rich, creamy, and flavorful shrimp dip that’s perfect for parties, snacks, or spreading on crackers. Quick to make and always a crowd favorite!

 Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ¾ pound cooked salad shrimp, chopped (plus extra for garnish, optional)
  • ⅓ cup chopped green onions (plus extra for garnish, optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

 Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in the lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the chopped shrimp, green onions, and parsley. Mix until everything is well combined.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving dish.
  6. Garnish with extra shrimp, green onions, or parsley if desired.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
