Creamy Shrimp Dip

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ¾ pound cooked salad shrimp, chopped (plus extra for garnish, optional)
- ⅓ cup chopped green onions (plus extra for garnish, optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the chopped shrimp, green onions, and parsley. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Transfer the dip to a serving dish.
- Garnish with extra shrimp, green onions, or parsley if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
