Creamy Chia Pudding Healthy No‑Cook Dessert

Ingredients

For the Pudding Base

  • 1/4 cup (40 g) chia seeds
  • 1 cup (240 ml) milk (almond, dairy, coconut, or any preferred type)
  • 2–3 tsp honey or maple syrup (or any natural sweetener)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Optional Flavors and Toppings

  • Fresh fruits (berries, banana, strawberries)
  • Nuts or raisins
  • Cocoa powder or cinnamon

Instructions

1. Prepare the Base

  1. In a bowl or jar, add chia seeds.
  2. Pour in the milk.
  3. Add honey or maple syrup.
  4. Add vanilla extract.
  5. Stir well to combine all ingredients evenly.

2. Chill

  • Cover the container and refrigerate.
  • Let it sit at least 4 hours or overnight until the chia seeds absorb the liquid and form a pudding-like consistency.

3. Serve

  • Stir the pudding once more before serving.
  • Top with fresh fruit, nuts, or any other desired toppings.

Tips

  • If the pudding is too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons of milk to loosen the consistency.
  • Adjust the sweetness to taste by reducing or increasing honey or syrup.
  • Add cocoa powder or cinnamon for extra flavor variations.
