Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups

Ingredients

Garlic Butter

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives (optional)

Filling

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Dough

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough (or crescent dough)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Garlic Butter

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and chives.
Set aside.

2. Cook the Beef Filling

In a large skillet over medium heat:

  • Cook the ground beef and diced onion until fully browned
  • Drain excess grease
  • Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper
  • Add cooked bacon and mix well
    Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

3. Assemble the Rollups

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
  • Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle
  • Spread the beef and bacon mixture evenly over the dough
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top

Roll the dough tightly into a log, like cinnamon rolls.

4. Slice and Bake

  • Cut into 1-inch slices
  • Place in a greased baking dish or lined baking sheet
  • Brush generously with garlic butter

Bake for 18–22 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

5. Serve

Brush with extra garlic butter after baking for more flavor.
Serve warm and enjoy!

Tips

  • Add pickles inside for a real cheeseburger flavor
  • Serve with ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce for dipping
  • You can swap cheddar with mozzarella or a cheese blend
