 No-Bake Peanut Butter Energy Bites

 Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed (optional but recommended)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, peanut butter, and honey.
  2. Add chocolate chips, flaxseed, and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir everything well until fully combined.
  4. Chill the mixture in the fridge for about 20–30 minutes (this makes it easier to roll).
  5. Roll into small bite-sized balls using your hands.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

 Tips

  • You can add coconut, raisins, or nuts.
  • If the mixture is too sticky → add more oats.
  • If too dry → add a little more peanut butter or honey.
