No-Bake Peanut Butter Energy Bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed (optional but recommended)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the oats, peanut butter, and honey.
- Add chocolate chips, flaxseed, and vanilla extract.
- Stir everything well until fully combined.
- Chill the mixture in the fridge for about 20–30 minutes (this makes it easier to roll).
- Roll into small bite-sized balls using your hands.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Tips
- You can add coconut, raisins, or nuts.
- If the mixture is too sticky → add more oats.
- If too dry → add a little more peanut butter or honey.
