Ingredients
- 1 bunch fresh celery (about 4–6 stalks)
- ½ lemon (freshly squeezed) (optional but recommended)

Instructions
Method 1: Juicer (Best method)
- Wash celery thoroughly.
- Cut into smaller pieces.
- Run through a juicer.
- Add lemon juice if using.

- Chop celery into pieces.
- Add to blender with water.
- Blend until smooth.
