Fresh Celery Detox-Style Drink (Simple & Clean Recipe)

 Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh celery (about 4–6 stalks)
  • ½ lemon (freshly squeezed) (optional but recommended)
  • ½ cup cold water (only if blending)
  • Optional add-ins:
    • 1 green apple (for sweetness)
    • 1 small piece fresh ginger
    • Few mint leaves

 Instructions

Method 1: Juicer (Best method)

  1. Wash celery thoroughly.
  2. Cut into smaller pieces.
  3. Run through a juicer.
  4. Add lemon juice if using.
  5. Stir and drink immediately.

Method 2: Blender

  1. Chop celery into pieces.
  2. Add to blender with water.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Strain using a clean cloth or sieve.
  5. Add lemon juice and mix.

 When to Drink

  • Best in the morning on an empty stomach
  • Drink about 1–2 cups (≈16 oz) for full benefits
