2-Minute 30g Protein Brownie Mug Cake
A rich, fudgy chocolate brownie you can make in just 2 minutes—with about 30g of protein. Perfect when you want something sweet and filling without making a whole batch.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop (30g) chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp oat flour
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1–2 tsp maple syrup or honey, to taste
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips, optional
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Add the protein powder, cocoa powder, oat flour, baking powder, and salt to a microwave-safe mug. Stir well.
- Add the peanut butter, milk, Greek yogurt, and maple syrup. Mix until you have a smooth, thick batter.
- Fold in the chocolate chips if using.
- Microwave on high for 45–75 seconds, depending on your microwave. Don’t overcook—the center should remain slightly fudgy.
- Let it cool for 1 minute, then enjoy straight from the mug.
Tip: For an extra-fudgy texture, microwave for less time and let the brownie finish setting as it cools.
