Ingredients
- 1 9-inch prepared graham cracker pie crust
- 4 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Whipped cream, for topping
- Banana slices, for garnish
Instructions
- Arrange the sliced bananas evenly over the bottom of the prepared pie crust.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Beat until well combined.
- Add the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk. Whisk or beat for about 2 minutes, until the mixture thickens and becomes smooth.
- Pour the creamy filling over the sliced bananas and spread it evenly.
