- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Place the crab meat in a large mixing bowl. Gently check for any shells and remove them.

- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Pour the dressing over the crab mixture.
- Gently fold everything together until well combined, being careful not to break up the crab too much.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
- Serve chilled over lettuce, with crackers, or as a sandwich filling.
Tips
- For the best flavor, use fresh crab meat when available.
- Imitation crab can also be used for a budget-friendly version.
- Add a little extra lemon juice for a brighter, fresher flavor.
- For a lighter salad, replace part of the mayonnaise with plain Greek yogurt.
- Keep refrigerated and enjoy within 2 days.
