Cheesy Garlic Pull-Apart Pizza Bread Bites
Ingredients
For the dough
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or pizza dough)
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Lightly grease a baking dish or a round cake pan.
- Cut the biscuit dough into small pieces.
- Mix the melted butter, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, and salt in a bowl.
- Dip the dough pieces into the garlic butter mixture.
- Add the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and any optional toppings.
- Arrange everything evenly in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
