Cheesecake Fruit Salad

Ingredients
Fruit
- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved
- 2 cups green apples, cored and diced
- 1 cup red grapes, halved
Cheesecake Filling
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Topping
- 1 cup granola or crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Prepare the Cheesecake Filling
- Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then beat until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light, fluffy, and well blended.
- Prepare the Fruit
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, diced apples, and halved grapes.
- Assemble the Salad
- Spoon the cheesecake filling over the fruit.
- Gently fold everything together until all the fruit is evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the granola or crushed graham crackers over the top.
- Drizzle generously with caramel sauce.
- Chill
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
