No-Bake Funfetti Cheesecake Fluff

Ingredients

• 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
• ½ cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 (3.4 oz / 96 g) package instant vanilla pudding mix
• ¼ cup rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
2. Add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and instant vanilla pudding mix. Beat until well combined.
3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and fluffy.
5. Fold in the rainbow sprinkles, being careful not to overmix.
6. Spoon the mixture into individual containers or dessert cups.
7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Storage: Keep refrigerated for up to 4 days in an airtight container. Serve chilled.
