Olive Lover’s Dream Dip
A creamy, savory dip loaded with olives, cheese, and herbs—perfect for parties, crackers, toasted bread, or fresh vegetables.
Ingredients
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup chopped green olives, drained
- ½ cup chopped black olives, drained
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Stir in the green olives, black olives, mozzarella, Parmesan, green onions, garlic, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a lightly greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden on top.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
- Serve warm with crackers, toasted baguette slices, pita chips, or fresh vegetables.
