For the Gravy
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, eggs, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, parsley, and Italian seasoning. Mix until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared pan or on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Meanwhile, boil the potatoes in salted water for 15–20 minutes, or until fork-tender. Drain well.
- Mash the potatoes with the butter and warm milk until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
- To make the gravy, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in the beef broth until smooth. Add the Worcestershire sauce and simmer for 3–5 minutes, stirring, until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with the mashed potatoes and generously spoon the warm gravy over the top.
