Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons almond flour

- 1 tablespoon granulated keto sweetener (erythritol, monk fruit, or preferred sweetener)
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free chocolate chips (optional, for extra gooey chocolate)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Prepare the mug
Lightly grease a microwave-safe mug with butter or nonstick spray. - Mix the dry ingredients
In the mug, add the almond flour, cocoa powder, keto sweetener, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well combined. - Add the wet ingredients
