Oven-Baked 4-Ingredient Beef Flatbread Squares
These easy beef flatbread squares are crispy on the outside, cheesy in the middle, and perfect for a quick family dinner. Similar versions use flatbread, ground beef, cheese, and a simple sauce baked until golden and bubbly.
Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef
- 2 large flatbreads or naan breads
- 2 cups shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
- Place one flatbread on a lightly greased baking sheet or in a casserole dish.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the flatbread.
- Top with the cooked beef, then sprinkle generously with cheese.
- Place the second flatbread on top and gently press down.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the flatbread is golden and crisp.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Cut into squares and serve warm.
Tips
- Add Italian seasoning, garlic powder, or red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
- Serve with a green salad or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
