Oven-Baked 4-Ingredient Beef Flatbread Squares

These easy beef flatbread squares are crispy on the outside, cheesy in the middle, and perfect for a quick family dinner. Similar versions use flatbread, ground beef, cheese, and a simple sauce baked until golden and bubbly.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef
  • 2 large flatbreads or naan breads
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
  3. Place one flatbread on a lightly greased baking sheet or in a casserole dish.
  4. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the flatbread.
  5. Top with the cooked beef, then sprinkle generously with cheese.
  6. Place the second flatbread on top and gently press down.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the flatbread is golden and crisp.
  8. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Cut into squares and serve warm.

Tips

  • Add Italian seasoning, garlic powder, or red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
  • Serve with a green salad or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
